Our homeschool classes aim to keep your child active in a fun and safe environment. These progression-based courses consist of 14 (2 hour) sessions over 14 weeks, where participants will build strength and tackle obstacles with their peers. Starting at a beginner level with no prior ninja experience needed, you’ll learn basic techniques at our state-of-the-art ninja facility, and build upon your skills each week.
These in-depth, skill-based classes focus on goal setting and personal development. Participants of these courses will learn a wide variety of functional movements of ninja. We focus on exercises and drills that will build strength, body awareness, and mental fortitude—three of the most important aspects of ninja. These are all skills that can be transferred to many different sports and daily life. Come build your ninja skills alongside your peers with guidance from our coaches! Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and motivating environment for all.
These classes provide the homeschool families in the area of Pennsylvania, as well as Maryland the opportunity to complete their Physical Education credit in a fun and inspiring way.
